I currently do sessions:

• by phone only;
• every day including weekends & holidays except Thanksgiving & Christmas days;
• from 10:30am to 5:00pm *Central Time*.

I am in IOWA, USA. Please click Current Time in Iowa, USA. It will show you the current time where I am so you can see if we have a time difference.

We can schedule through email (cj@cheryljohnson.com) or by phone at 702-605-0010. I respond within 24 hours with rare exception. If you don't hear back from me within that time frame, please try again as your message may have been eaten by the Gremlins of cyber-space.

Pre-payment is required a minimum of 2 days in advance on ALL sessions. (If you schedule less than two days in advance, payment can be made via PayPal at the time you schedule.)

**Allow plenty of time for your payment to CLEAR prior to your session.**

If you have PayPal instant payment, we can schedule something sooner, otherwise, we just need to wait for the money order or for the electronic check from your bank to arrive and clear.

Processed through your computer via PayPal, this type of payment is super easy to use, free to you and very secure.

***NOTE: Credit card payments and bank account transfers through PayPal are instant; Electronic checks (funds from your bank account) are not. Payment by electronic check must be received 5 business days prior to the payment deadlines.

***NOTE: I do not take credit or debit card payments over the phone.

Money orders can be obtained at grocery stores, UPS Store & More, Mail Boxes Etc., the post office, any bank, and more.

Payment must be CLEARED prior to your sesssion, so please allow plenty of time for delivery.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 HOURS (2 days) notice or you don't show up, you will be charged 50% of the fee for the session booked.

I make it a priority to be on time for my clients. If you ARE LATE, that amount of time is deducted from your session so that the people after you are not kept waiting. You pay for the time booked.
